Shaw Assist Ticket: If your client is applying for term insurance through American General, Banner, Genworth, ING, or United of Omaha you can complete a “Shaw Assist Ticket”. When you complete the “Shaw Assist Ticket” form and submit it to Shaw American via Fax: (888) 329-7429 or email shawassist@shawamerican.com this information will be uploaded to the selected carrier and the carrier will complete the application with the client over the phone during the hours of 9-9 EST. Monday-Friday.
