What Is Jon’s Club?
Jon’s Club is a premier producer program designed to offer higher compensation and additional services to producers who choose Shaw American as a significant brokerage outlet for their business. Override levels start as low as $5,000 of earned premium and max out at only $50,000 of earned premium.
Level One is just the street level our companies suggest paying you, Level Two ($5,000 of earned premium) pays you approximately 10-20% additional override, depending on the product and Level Three ($50,000 of earned premium) is 10% more. All compensation levels are retroactive to the first dollar, so no matter where you start you can retroactively earn Level Three compensation.
Marketing Groups, Broker Dealer, and Property/Casualty agencies can combine production among producers to help reach these higher levels.
In 2012 we are also offering “Emeritus Level”: if you are 70 or over, we will start you at Level 3 from the get-go without a production requirement, this is just our way of thanking our more experienced producers for their significant service to our industry.
A special incentive 2012 : “You Choose Your Production Level”. If you believe you can place $50,000 of premium, we will start you at our highest level (Level 3) with no chargeback. If you don’t reach your anticipated production, this time next year we may need to adjust your production level.
Sometimes advisors feel the Level 3 production or $50,000 of premium is daunting. We would like to help you reach this level. Just write 2 term apps a month, 2 UL cases a year, and 2 LTC cases a year. I’ll bet you hit the level easily. Focusing the majority of your business with one source, like Shaw American can make a lot sense. The relationship becomes more meaningful, the cash flows increase and you can reach out to one organization to follow up on all of your cases.
